Once the sun has left us, there is usually entertainment in the form of fire twirlers. Big Djs like Erick Morillo, Danny Rampling or Roger Sanchez often warm up their decks at next door Café Mambo, so you can catch them here if you don't fancy paying the huge entry prices at the clubs.
You need to arrive early if you want a table. The sun starts it's descent about 6.30, so get there in time for the full show.
Café Del Mar has a photographer who walks around and takes pictures which are then put on their website. Nice idea. www.cafedelmarmusic.com
