Beloved by locals and celebrated by tourists, in a few years Cafe Mambo has become a magnet for bona fide musical talent.

In 2007 Cafe Mambo was honoured for the second time with the prestigious Dj Award for the best Bar in Ibiza. This was international recognition for the marked contribution Cafe Mambo has made to the island, changing the way people perceive San Antonio within the music industry and generally making a tangible difference to the way bars and restaurants think in Ibiza. The Customer has become a priority and levels of service have risen thanks to the flawlessness of places like Cafe Mambo, Savannah and Villa Mercedes.
Originally a derelict house which just happened to be facing one of the most Famous sunsets in the world, the shrewdness of the Mambo team have ensured that its original personality has not been lost. The bar is decorated with tradional Ibicencan features such as mosaics and marble and the terrace has been designed to compliment the surrounding area. Being on the sharp end of forward thinking in Ibiza has led to Cafe Mambo hosting many of the islands exclusive and renowned parties.
Most famously Radio 1 has used Mambo as the central base for its infamous weekender featuring live broadcasts on Radio 1 including Pete Tongs essential selection and events hosted by Vernon Kay and Tess Daley.
Galaxy FM Radio has also long collaborated with Cafe Mambo with live broadcasts and performances including Roger Sanchez, Axwell, Wally Lopez, Satoshi Tomei and Lisa Lashes to name a few.
This year sees Mambo soaring to new heights once again..with a list of pre parties that will have you rubbing your eyes in disbelief, the worlds best DJs are still gracing the decks of Mambo 15 years on and the Cafe Mambo name is being spread far and wide. With great new collaborations with Bench clothing, Red Bull and Pioneer to name a few, and many great new things in the pipeline, not least a World Tour being planned for the Winter months it seems that the Cafe Mambo legacy is good for a few more years yet!!!
